Goals for 2017


  • Run 500 miles
    • As of 8/20, 413 miles. On track!
  • Learn to swim laps and start training for a triathlon
    • DONE! Learned to swim and finished my first triathlon Ramblin’ Rose Winston Salem 8/20
  • BBG #kaylaversary (52 weeks of the workouts) and then some
    • DONE
  • Run a half marathon or 2 (if I’m healthy)
  • Read at least 12 books
  • Blog once a month (at minimum)
    • Obviously not doing so well with this..

It’s a short list of goals this year because it is more important to me that I focus on being intentional in my every day life.
